Sleeping is a controversial subject for the reason that if you follow our program and begin sleeping on flat surfaces, such as the floor it can lead to a lengthened spine, unlocking the hidden inches pushed down by gravity and bad posture.

In combination to stretching, there’s no reason for why you shouldn’t be able to grow at least 3 inches within the first 60 days of following our program. There are 2 main contributing factors to sleeping that will play an overall role in growing taller:

1. How long you sleep.

2. The quality of your sleep.

As recommended, melatonin can give you a significant better quality of sleep. But, there are other factors that play a significant role as well.

Such as:

1. How stimulated your brain is before your head hits the pillow.

It’s important you make the effort to not use a computer or any technological device within 30 minutes of sleeping.

Cell phones, computers, videos games can over stimulate your brain causing your mind to not reach it’s pinnacle state before you actually fall asleep. This can be detrimental to the quality of your sleep and can even hinder the quality of your mental health and physical body.

Also be sure to avoid sugars or carbohydrates within 30 minutes before sleeping. These can put your hormones in a frenzy. Melatonin is a great supplement to take if you’re having troubles sleeping, because it sends signals to your brain that promote better sleep quality.

Growth Spurts

If you’re under the age of 20, this is by far the most important lesson of all. As you are highly likely to experience multiple growth spurts up to the age of 20, it’s your responsibility to take advantage of the fact that you’re at a young age.

Key factors that can contribute to growing taller:

1. Managing and increasing your HGH levels.

Drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day plays a huge role in getting results for growing taller. As you go through our program, it’s important you start as soon as possible to drink at least 8 glasses or 2 liters of water per day.

The Power of Good Posture

Having a straight posture for when you’re both sitting and standing aids your ability to grow taller significantly.

Being at a good poise leads to more confidence, improved mental clarity and a healthier body. As your spine is being constantly decompressed by gravity, you need to be aware of the fact that you should as frequently as possible work against gravity by maintaining good posture.

This can be done by exercising, sleeping or laying down flat on the floor and being aware of your bodies composure at all times throughout the day.

Hanging in 30 second intervals, practicing yoga as well as extending your arms in the air, just enough to feel a slight pull and holding it there for 30 seconds as a routine exercise can also lead to growing taller.
