How do you get started growing taller?

We hope you’re having a beautiful day. Keep your body as straight as possible while sleeping. Your spine must be straight as possible. Lie on your back with your arms and legs stretched toward the foot of the bed. Do not exert any effort or pressure to stretch your limbs. Allow your body to be completely relaxed.
